Jaime guides her clients through all of the phases of estate planning, from initial client meetings to execution and funding, and drafting and developing trusts, wills, and powers of attorney, among other documents.
In addition to estate work, Jaime frequently works with owners of closely-held businesses, providing guidance on business formational structure, governance, and asset protection.
Having worked for law firms in both St. Louis, Missouri, and Beverly Hills, California, Jaime has advised clients with up to $500 million in net worth.
