David Morin is a member of the firm’s litigation department primarily defending workers’ compensation on behalf of employers and insurance carriers. His experience includes taking and defending depositions of medical and vocational expert witnesses and litigating administrative cases. He has also worked with clients in matters related to Medicare/Medicaid and the Secondary Payer Act.

David was an Assistant Attorney General for State of Missouri where he represented the Second Injury Fund in administrative hearings and on appeal before the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission. He also has trust experience and previously worked for the Business Development group of the Edward Jones Trust Company. As a law student, David completed several internships/externships. He interned with the criminal, civil rights, and financial crimes divisions of the Maine Office of the Attorney General. He was a summer associate with a one of the largest law firms in Maine. He also was a judicial intern to Judge Audrey Fleissig, U.S. Magistrate Judge, Eastern District of Missouri.
