Danna McKitrick, P.C. has announced the addition of Katherine M. Flett to the firm as an associate. Her addition expands the litigation group especially in the areas of business law, litigation, and insurance defense.
As a member of the litigation department, Katherine Flett will be working primarily on matters relating to business, civil, and commercial disputes. Flett holds a J.D. cum laude from University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and graduated Order of the Coif (2015). She was an associate of The Journal of Dispute Resolution and a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. from Lindenwood University (2012) where she was a three-year recipient of the Scholar Athlete Award for softball. She is admitted to practice in Missouri and the U.S. District Courts, the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois.
