Adam D. Rosenberg is a member of Danna McKitrick’s litigation team. He represents businesses and employers in workplace disputes and litigation, combining courtroom skill with strategic insight. 

Litigation. As a litigator, Adam represents matters that span a range of industries and legal concerns. He advises clients through each stage of the dispute process, drawing on his analytical skill, attention to detail, and clear communication to help shape thoughtful and strategic responses to complex legal challenges.

Employment Litigation. Adam defends clients in cases involving discrimination, retaliation, and other employment claims. He is experienced in all phases of litigation, including throughout the agency proceedings with the EEOC, MCHR, and IDHR and litigating in both state and federal courts. Clients rely on Adam to interpret workplace policies, assess legal exposure, advocate in court, and to navigate settlements with confidence.

Business and Corporate Counsel. Adam assists in providing responsive, solutions-oriented counsel to companies navigating legal questions and evolving business needs.
