Supporting Hunger Relief with St. Louis Area Foodbank

Danna McKitrick partnered with St. Louis Area Foodbank to support hunger relief efforts through a building-wide food and fundraising drive from November 1–21. Together with our neighbors at 7701 Forsyth Blvd., we collected hundreds of pounds of nonperishable food and personal care items, along with $750 in online donations, providing thousands of meals for individuals and families across our region.

Nourishing People, Empowering Communities

Supporting St. Louis Area Foodbank aligns with our firm’s commitment to strengthening the communities where we live and work. With the participation of our attorneys, staff, neighbors, clients, and friends, donations poured in throughout the month, from canned goods and boxed staples to personal hygiene items and essentials urgently needed heading into the holiday season.

Thanks to the generosity of our building partners, our drive expanded beyond our firm to become a broader community effort. Donations have since been delivered to St. Louis Area Foodbank, where they’ll help fuel hundreds of hunger-relief programs, including food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and community partners across 26 Missouri and Illinois counties.

Each donated dollar also helps maximize impact. Because every one dollar equates to four or more meals, the $750 raised will help provide thousands of nutritious meals for families, seniors, and children experiencing food insecurity.
