Bryan Schrempf Joins Danna McKitrick as Senior Counsel

Danna McKitrick, P.C. has announced that Bryan J. Schrempf has joined the firm as Senior Counsel. Leveraging his background in accounting, Schrempf represents individuals, businesses, and insurers in a wide variety of transactions and lawsuits. He primarily focuses on the following areas of law: litigation; wills, trusts, and estates; business and corporate counsel; and real estate. 

A graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (2008) and a Master of Accounting Science with a minor in finance (2009), Schrempf earned his Juris Doctorate degree with a concentration in Tax Law and a Certificate in Employment Law from Saint Louis University School of Law (2012). 

He is admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and the U.S. District Courts, Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern and Central Districts of Illinois.

Schrempf is a frequent author and presenter on topics related to estate and trust administration, probate, special needs trusts, and litigation.
