Danna McKitrick, P.C. is pleased to announce the election of Tabitha L. Atwell to the position of Principal, effective January 1, 2023.
Tabitha focuses her practice on estate and tax planning, probate, and trust administration.
She also assists both families and individuals with proactively planning for incapacity, individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, and individuals with disabilities.
After graduating with her B.A. in business administration and marketing from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin (1999), Tabitha earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law (2002).
Tabitha serves as legacy advisor for St. Louis Children's Hospital. She is a national board member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Her other memberships include the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
