Danna McKitrick is pleased to announce that Tabitha L. Atwell has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Atwell focuses her practice on elder law, estate and tax planning, probate, and trust administration.
As an elder law attorney, Atwell assists both families and individuals with proactively planning for skilled nursing care for the elderly, individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, and individuals with disabilities.
Atwell earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2002. She received her B.A. in business administration and marketing from Carthage College in 1999.
Atwell serves as legacy advisor for St. Louis Children's Hospital. She is a national board member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Her other memberships include the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
