Tabitha L. Atwell focuses her practice on estate and tax planning, probate, and trust administration.
Tabitha assists both families and individuals with proactively planning for incapacity, individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, and individuals with disabilities.
Tabitha serves as legacy advisor for St. Louis Children's Hospital. She is a national board member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Her other memberships include the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, WealthCounsel, the Missouri Bar Probate and Trust Committee, and the Missouri Bar Elder Law Committee.
