Biography

Diana M. Plescia is a principal at Danna McKitrick with nearly 30 years of experience in energy and utility law. She represents clients in regulatory proceedings, transactions, and litigation involving power and utility services.

Energy & Utility Law. Diana represents a broad spectrum of stakeholders in the energy industry, including large power users such as manufacturers, hospitals, data centers, and pipeline companies. She also counsels energy producers, utility service providers, and business coalitions in matters involving service, supply, and infrastructure. Her work spans regulatory issues, transactional matters, and dispute resolution.

Regulatory & Administrative Proceedings. Diana regularly represents clients before the Missouri Public Service Commission in cases involving rates, resource planning, acquisitions, and utility authorizations. She helps clients respond to regulatory changes, manage compliance obligations, and participate in proceedings that impact access, pricing, and service delivery.

Litigation. Diana serves as lead counsel in disputes involving utility service, energy infrastructure, and regulatory compliance. She represents clients in litigation related to rate cases, authorizations, and other contested matters before both administrative agencies and the courts.
