Ruth Binger Joins Child Care Aware of Missouri Board of Directors

Danna McKitrick, P.C. is proud to announce that firm president Ruth Binger has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Child Care Aware of Missouri, a statewide nonprofit dedicated to strengthening early childhood education through advocacy, business partnerships, and community support.

Advancing Early Childhood Access Across Missouri

Founded in 1999, Child Care Aware of Missouri works to ensure every child has access to high-quality early learning experiences by supporting the people and programs that care for them.

Through programs such as Child Care Keeps Missouri Working, which connects employers, families, and child care providers to strengthen Missouri’s workforce, and statewide scholarship initiatives supporting hundreds of educators and thousands of children each year, Child Care Aware continues to expand access to quality care while investing in the professionals who deliver it.

As a board member, Ruth will lend her experience in business and employment law, governance, and community engagement to help guide the organization’s long-term strategy and support its mission to impact the first 2,000 days of a child’s life.

“Balancing work and family is one of the most complex challenges people face, and quality child care makes all the difference,” said Ruth. “Child Care Aware of Missouri is helping families, employers, and businesses thrive by strengthening the systems that support working parents.
