Sarah L. Ayers is a member of the transactional team and advises family-owned, closely held, or multi-national companies across a variety of industries. Her primary focus is assisting clients with intellectual property, employment, and contractual matters.
Sarah previously interned for the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Missouri Attorney General, and the Clerk of Court for the United States 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Sarah was an active leader during her time at Westminster College. Her involvement with the school continued after graduation as the Young Trustee on the Board of Trustees from 2021 to 2023.
