Katherine Flett elected to Transportation Lawyers Association Executive Committee

The Transportation Lawyers Association is a national organization of attorneys serving the transportation industry, supporting providers and commercial users across all modes through education, collaboration, and ongoing legal insight.

As the transportation industry continues to navigate complex regulatory and litigation challenges, Katherine has also been named Co-Chair of the TLA’s Commercial and Business Litigation Committee. The committee provides a forum for members to discuss, present, and write about timely issues in the trucking industry related to commercial litigation and business matters, with regular meetings held throughout the year, including in-person sessions at the organization’s National Conference.

Katherine’s appointment reflects a core focus of her practice. She represents trucking companies in matters involving Department of Transportation compliance, employment issues, claims defense, and complex business disputes, bringing a practical perspective shaped by the day-to-day realities of the industry.
